Q: What if something happens to my permanent jewelry?

A: We ask that you notify us and reach out with any concerns or questions you may have. If your jewelry falls off for any reason we can reweld it for $6

if you loose the chain you will have to replace the chain

if your chain tarnish (Sterling silver or gold)within the 6months it’s a free replacement 

: Can my permanent jewelry item be returned?

A: No, all permanent jewelry is custom cut for you, making all permanent jewelry sales final.
